Thank you for purchasing a Honey One pet training product.

30-day return window

Return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return eligibility

Items should be returned in their original condition with original packaging and complete accessories. Products may be unused or lightly used and must not have man-made damage.

Returns may not be accepted for damage caused by pet bites, misuse, modification, unauthorized disassembly, improper water immersion or accidental damage.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Defects and incorrect items

Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days may qualify for a full refund or free replacement after review. Contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.

Refund process

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
